How to Manage Your Subscription Plan?
Overview
If your existing AfterShip Plan is not meeting your needs, you can upgrade the plan. AfterShip gives you the flexibility to switch between plans–Upgrade to access more advanced features or Downgrade to control costs. This entirely depends on your business requirements, and is all done from your account settings. Explore different AfterShip Shipping subscription plans.
Change subscription plan (AfterShip billing users)
AfterShip billing users are the ones using Stripe for payment processing.
- Go to Billing in your AfterShip Shipping settings.
- Click Upgrade now and choose the plan you want to upgrade to.
- Click the (...) icon and click Downgrade to opt for another plan.
- Choose the right plan you want to downgrade/upgrade to.
- Review the payment details and click Downgrade plan / Upgrade plan accordingly.
Change subscription plan (Shopify billing users)
Shopify billing users are the ones using Shopify for payment processing.
- Go to Billing in your AfterShip Shipping settings.
- Click Upgrade now and choose the plan you want to upgrade to.
- Click the (...) icon, then click Downgrade, and choose the plan you want to downgrade to.
- Click Confirm, and you will be directed to your Shopify store.
- Click Approve subscription.
- Upon confirmation, you will be taken back to the AfterShip admin, and your subscription will be applied.

Q. How to upgrade from a Free Plan to a Paid Plan?
- Go to the Home page of the AfterShip Shipping admin.
- Click Upgrade Now>choose a desired paid plan.
- Confirm plan and add payment details.
- Click Upgrade Plan.
Q. Can I use one AfterShip subscription for multiple platforms?
Yes. A single AfterShip subscription can be used for multiple platforms. You can connect multiple stores from different platforms under the same AfterShip account.
Q. How can I upgrade to the Enterprise plan?
To upgrade to the Enterprise plan, please contact the AfterShip Sales team.
Q. How to manage my AfterShip plan?
You can manage your AfterShip plan directly from your billing settings. From there, you can upgrade for higher quotas and premium features or downgrade to a lower plan based on your needs. Enterprise users must contact the AfterShip Sales team to make changes to their plan.
