AfterShip Shipping integrates with TikTok Shop to automatically import orders and support label creation for merchants fulfilling orders with TikTok Shipping.
Following recent updates to TikTok Shop’s shipping policies, TikTok Shipping is the only supported fulfillment method. Merchants must use TikTok Shipping to create shipping labels and complete order fulfillment in compliance with TikTok Shop rules.

TikTok Shop has updated its shipping settings to improve delivery reliability and maintain consistent shopper experience. As a result:
- All TikTok Shop orders must be fulfilled using TikTok Shipping
- Merchants cannot use their own carrier accounts to fulfill TikTok Shop orders
- USPS and non-USPS labels must be generated through TikTok Shipping

Prerequisites
1. Install AfterShip Shipping on TikTok Shop

2. Add TikTok Shipping as a Carrier Account
- Go to Carrier accounts in your AfterShip Shipping admin
- Add TikTok Shipping as a carrier
- Enter a short name (no credentials required)

Requested service type on orders
Each TikTok Shop order is assigned TikTok Shipping as the requested service type. This determines which shipping services are available during fulfillment.

- Merchants cannot select or use their own carrier accounts
Creating a shipping label with TikTok Shipping
- Select TikTok Shipping Standard Shipping
- Enter package weight and dimensions
- Review the estimated shipping cost and delivery time
- Click Create label
Order status after label creation
- When a TikTok Shipping label is created, the order status updates to Shipped
- Tracking and delivery updates are synced automatically with TikTok Shop
