Add Brand Logo to AfterShip Shipping Documents

Overview

AfterShip Shipping allows you to upload your brand logo to use in AfterShip Shipping documents. Uploading your brand logo in your shipping documents offers several benefits, including:

Helps customers, suppliers, and carriers easily identify your shipments.
Reinforces brand identity, making your business look professional and trustworthy.
Builds trust with customers and business partners.

How to upload brand logo in AfterShip Shipping

Packing slip

If you want to include your brand logo in AfterShip generated packing slips, you first need to upload your logo in the AfterShip Shipping > Settings > Document options > Brand logo section,

Upload your brand logo in the recommended size under Logo section and save the settings.

Recommended dimensions supported for brand logo is 100 × 78 px.
File size must be under 2 MB.
Only PNG format is supported.

Test printing a packing slip to see if the logo is appearing on your packing slips.



Once you've uploaded the brand logo in AfterShip Shipping, your signature will automatically start showing in AfterShip Shipping generated packing slips.

Commercial invoice

If you want to include your brand logo in AfterShip generated commercial invoices, you first need to upload your logo in the AfterShip Shipping > Settings > Document options

Navigate to Commercial invoice section.
Toggle on the option to Show brand logo on AfterShip generated commercial invoice.
Select the position in your commercial invoice where your brand logo will be show.

Show on top
Show on bottom
Select the checkbox for Include company name if you want your company name to be displayed with your brand logo.
