FAQs

1. Can multiple Shopify store connections be added to the same AfterShip Shipping organization?

Yes, you can connect multiple Shopify stores to a single AfterShip Shipping organization. To do this:

  1. Go to the AfterShip Shipping admin portal.
  2. Navigate to Apps > Store connections.
  3. Click on Add connection.

You can link an unlimited number of Shopify stores to your AfterShip Shipping organization. However, the number of shipments you can process is determined by your subscription plan and its associated labels quota. If you exceed your plan's label generation quota, you have two options:

  • Upgrade to a higher-tier plan to increase your quota.
  • Stay on your current plan and pay an additional fee for each extra label generated beyond your plan’s limit.

For more details, please refer to the specific shipment processing and label generation quotas in the pricing section of your plan.
