|| DHL Express is migrating the legacy XML API integration to MyDHL API integration. In AfterShip Shipping, we support both integrations. Please do check your API credentials to understand which integration you need to use. Please fill in either "Site ID + Password" or "API Key + API Secret" along with your account number, otherwise you will face errors.

This guide will assist on how you can access UPS Shipping API with OAuth 2.0.

💡 UPS has implemented an OAuth 2.0 security model. This requires you to use OAuth to authorize AfterShip Shipping for actions like accessing UPS rates or printing UPS labels. All UPS customers must reauthorize their accounts by July 31, 2024.

How to create a new UPS Account and register to a UPS.com profile

If you don’t have a UPS profile yet, create a new account using this link .
After creating the account and signing in, navigate to Accounts and Payment .
From the Add a Payment Method dropdown, select Add Existing Account . You will be prompted to enter your UPS Account Number , a nickname , and your postal code .
To verify your account, you'll need either your Invoice Data or PIN , which should have been sent to the original email address used during account creation.
Once UPS successfully verifies your Invoice Data or PIN, the registration process on UPS.com will be complete.

If you already have an existing UPS.com profile, ensure you have the account's username and password, and make sure your UPS account number is registered to the UPS.com profile.

Get DPD UK Developer Credentials

Set up an online MyDPD UK account. Contact your DPD UK representative if you don't have an account.
DPD UK (Geopost UK) will provide API credentials to access DPD UK API: Username and Password. Please note that there is no testing API credentials for DPD UK. As long as the labels are not scanned, the shipments will not be charged. You can enter the API credentials in both Sandbox and Production environment in AfterShip Shipping.
