Get Yamato Japan Developer Credentials


  1. Contact your account manager at Yamato Japan to ask for the API credentials.
  2. Yamato Japan will guide you related contract and provide API credentials.


Required Yamato Japan API credentials

Forward shipment: AfterShip works with Yamato Japan B2クラウドAPI for forward shipment processing. Your Yamato contact will provide you below credentials to access B2クラウドAPI.


  • API user ID
  • Authorization: please input "Token" value without "Token" prefix.
  • Invoice code
  • Invoice code ext: please leave it as empty if Yamato suggests so.


Returns shipment: AfterShip works with Yamato 配送連携API for forward shipment processing, and only support pickup from home for now. Your Yamato contact will provide you production and sandbox credentials for this API. Please then share the info with your AfterShip contact to setup the Returns account for you.
