Get Credentials to Access Precision Deliveries Shipping API

Overview

AfterShip Shipping is a multi-carrier shipping solution and API that helps you automate label creation and shipping operations across USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and 100+ global carriers. To connect Precision Deliveries with AfterShip Shipping, you must first obtain your account credentials. This article explains how to get those credentials and where to use them.

Get Precision Deliveries Credentials

To start using Precision Deliveries through AfterShip Shipping, you will need to request your API credentials directly from your Precision Deliveries point of contact (POC).

Your POC will provide access to both sandbox and production environments.

If required, you may need to register through the Precision Deliveries Portal before receiving the credentials.

When connecting Precision Deliveries to AfterShip Shipping, ensure you have these details:

• Client ID
• Client secret
• EDI client ID

Keep these values secure, as they authorize requests to the Precision Deliveries API.
