Get Parcelforce Developer Credentials

1. Speak to your Parcelforce account manager for the integration request.
2. Your Parcelforce account manager will arrange the sandbox and production API credentials for you.

Required Parcelforce credentials

• Username: Your expressLink username. Parcelforce team will provide it upon your integration request.
• Password: Your expressLink password. Parcelforce team will provide it upon your integration request.
• Department ID: Parcelforce team will provide it upon your integration request. It's always a short number as "1" or "2". If you have multiple Department ID, please setup multiple carrier accounts.
• Contract number
• Account number
