Get developer credentials
- Log in to your New Zealand Post account.
- Complete the Commercial access form.
- Request ParcelLabel API access.

Get API credentials
- Log in to New Zealand Post API developer portal and navigate to My applications.
- Select application and copy the Client ID and Client Secret.
For Site Code, contact your business account manager at New Zealand Post.
Optional API settings
Permit number: This is a number for customers using New Zealand Post's overseas mailing services. It is associated with a payment method used primarily for international mail shipments.
To check if you already have a permit number, please contact your business account manager at New Zealand Post. If you don't have a permit number, a default value ("20003") will be used when sending mail to New Zealand Post.
